I am an in-network provider with Aetna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For in-network services, you would be responsible for the co-pay or co-insurance, and deductible according to your specific plan details. Your insurance carrier will cover the remaining portion of the fee.
I will work with other insurance carriers as an out-of-network provider, which is an option available for many carriers and plans. A possibility to pay out of pocket without the insurance carrier’s involvement is also available should you prefer that.
We will discuss the fees at the intake session.
